Question:what is ezsp_px.exe process ? Is ezsp_px.exe any virus or worm ?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found ezsp_px.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove ezsp_px.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?
