| I just buy new cable connection with my Net Gear router and two PCs with WiFi cards. I notice that I can’t use any chat programs like IRC, MSN, Yahoo etc. Any other idea. |

| Lacking of any further information like modem name, modem type, functionality, firewall, router etc. needed to resolve this issue. |

| I advice you to check that all software’s are working with its original default configuration. That may solve your problem. |
