Question: naimas32.exe virus or spyware? naimas32.exe Details?

I have not noticed 'naimas32.exe' showing in my Task Manager, under the Tab "process" header before on my computer,I noticed the 'naimas32' just now and I am a bit concerned and so I want to know what this 'naimas32' does and how to remove the 'naimas32.exe' from my computer ? Also I want to know whether it is a system process or user process and Is it because of some error in any program exe, virus or worm? Please tell me how this file naimas32.exe showed up and do I need to remove this file ? And is Removal process easy?

You have not tell me that which program you are using in your system and which program is installed in your system. You have also not specified that any kind of network you are using in your system or not? this naimas32.exe is belong to anti virus program so don’t remove this from your system otherwise it may be create problem.
