Question:taskmgr.exe-Is taskmgr.exe system process or virus?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found taskmgr.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove taskmgr.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?

Taskmgr.exe :

It is windows task manager. Taskmgr.exe shows you the processes that are currently running on the system. This application is opened by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL. Don’t stop this process because it is required to safely running of your computer.
