Question:tclock.exe-Is tclock.exe system process or virus?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found tclock.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove tclock.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?
