Question:tgfix.exe-Is tgfix.exe system process or virus?

There was some problem of speed in My Computer, and in the Windows Task Manager’s Process List I found tgfix.exe. Is it any normal system process, error or is it any error exe, worm, virus or any spy ware? It looks to be part of windows process list, but I am not sure and want to remove tgfix.exe Process. Please advise me what should I do and how do I remove this process?

Computer speed is depended upon installed program. So you have to define that how many program is currently running in your system. So you can get the better help for that. tgfix.exe is belong to network security so I think this is not interact with this speed up problem. but please tell me how many program you have installed in your system.
