Yes, I would like to cancel my account. Because, I'm not happen with netzero. So please close my netzero account AsP.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT IMEDIATELY BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAVE A PC AND I DON'T KNOW WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO BY ANOTHER

CANCEL MY NETZERO ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY |

 I have trying to cancel my netzero account all day long............
I keep getting the run-a-rount.
They tell me to hold -on on the phone and you wait forever only for some
unprofessional person to pick up the line and say "CALL BACK LATER".
This is a bunch of crock and I have never gone through anything like this
before in my life.
The service stinks and trying to cancel is even worse. They don't want to service you at all to cancel so they can get your money for a service that is just awful.
I have had netzero for sometime now and it has gotten unbearable. You
can't stay online long enough to type you name mustless anything else.
Now try to cancel and everybody dummys up and you get nothing but the run-a-round. This is just unbusiness like and I don't appreciate it at all.  |
