How do I cancel My Netscape Internet Service & Account? |

How do I cancel my account with Netscape?,I really need help fast,I already got my new aol 9.0 account I can't afford both,I don't want both. I can't download Netscape on my computer,it won't work. So I really need to cancel my service with Netscape now please. Thank You!

I want my netscape canceled immediately. It is a bad program and it is destroying my computer. I want someone to e-mail me at ericsselina@yahoo.com and let me know that this program is canceled. I have removed all of your system offers off of my computer and this needs to be canceled. I have only had the service for about two weeks so my month is not up, this has to be canceled ASAP.

Please cancel my Netscape account. After more than 3 weeks using this account it never performed at 56kB, always was around 20-30 kB.

I enrolled into Netscape Internet Service on March 13th. Enrolled through the Netscape.com website and clicked on the Netscape Internet Service icon which stated that they offered a free month trial. Well, on March 22nd, I checked and found out that I was charged $9.95 before my month was up. I emailed them and was told that the offer I enrolled in did not offer a free trial.
They lied about the offer. Reading all these posts I realize Netscape is definitely not the right ISP for me. |
