Does anyone know of any other ISP other than Internap that crosses backbones to get the best Ping time?

Our company www.PriceComparison.com uses Internap for 5 years already and pay a premium for our 3 bonded T1s.

But we can not help realize we pay 30% more monthly than other T1s.

Anyone happy with their T1 at a good price?
