Please anyone help me for Broadband connection
Right now I am using NDO's HomeLite option and have got some problems with my connection. I've set up my connection and am able to download at the speed I would expect from 512, I also had done ping tests. I don’t get any particular answer
Can any one tell me what to do? |

I am also having problems with my BT Broadband. Having problems from last two nights it has been almost impossible to get a connection using BT Broadband and If connect then it is very slow and disconnects repeatedly after short time. The arrows in the task bar turn yellow and when attempting to reconnect it will repeat the above or not connect at all, stating unable to connect to remote computer. Has worked perfectly for the last nine months,
Help me any one experienced wit BT Broadband
Any feedback greatly appreciated |

Hi Friends,
I signed up with NDO’s Home lite Service & having some problems with my connection. My Connection took me to yahoo.com in 7 minutes. So I tried the ping tests and online speed test with my connection. I expect that 51.2 Kbytes/sec speed on my current connection.
I done the online speed test from http://www.adslguide.org.uk/tools/speedtest.asp
and my speed report on http://www.adslguide.org.uk/tools/s...e4ab7f8ffcc9f78.
I think that there are something wrong.
I had done all possible steps that are like deleting the existing connection and recreating the new connection. I also go on Thompson’s website for latest modem driver. I have the Sppedtouch 330 ADSL modem.
Please help me in this regard. |

my telephone works,my pay as you go modem works but my 330 adsl modem wanadoo- only works intermittently. after 2 hours on the phone i finally got BT to agree to send an engineer to check the line. it looks as though there is a splice in the external cable and no cover on the junction box so everything gets damp. an engineer friend says it's a low insulation fault. don't know if this helps but i'm still looking for advice on the insulation checks that aren't being done by BT. john uk |

Bt Broadband Connection Problems |
|
|
| You NEED to get BT to download the connection speed back to what it was before they increased it. Mine was 512k until they took it upon themselves to increase it to 2.2mbps ..... B.T. are totally USELESS and will say everything you can imagine from saying it's your fault to trying to get you to buy a new modem. Passing you from department to department is another favourite trick of theres, hold firm. Get the name of every person you speak to ,including their ext.no, so you don't lost in the mass of complaints they're being bombarded with due to this problem they have created. Even after they agreed to to reduce my speed they had the cheek to phone me at 8.30pm to say for "some reason the process had been stopped". At this point I demanded to speak to a supervisor to cancel my connection altogether. My connection is back to 512k and working fine. |
