I have Wal-mart Connect as my ISP and I'm trying to send an e-mail to my boyfriend and it always says when I push the button to send an email to him that this is not a known member. He always wants me to email him but I can't. I am spelling his screen name perfectly and I know I am because I Instant Message him all the time with that same screen name. Do you know why this is happening?
