Wi-Fi Solutions
Hi,
I wanted to get a Wi-Fi soluton to allow me to connect with laptop upto 3 miles from Access Point, still I have not yet purchased Access Point, but I know it will need an external antenna but that's as far as I got.
One more thing I also need it to be as cheap as possible. I was looking at the Linksys routers/AP.
yes friend i need it , i use laptop because the router is mounted on roof, so for 2-3 kilometers distance its good to have laptop, and also i prefer and like to use laptop
I have some results about the LinkSys Wireless Routers that have its features, costs and available models in the market.
LinkSys Router Features:
Multiple mapped IP addresses (Multi NAT), DNS Control, Parental control, content filtering, DDNS, time synchronization etc.

Which is the latest Wi-Fi Adapters. I think that it is 11Mbps 802.11b Wireless Adapter. The Wireless G operates on 2.4GHz and runs at 54Mbps compare to double then 802.11 VPN router. Actually we can’t get these speeds. It runs on 20-25 Mbps comparatively 802.11 runs on 4-5Mbps currently.
Tell me which adapter uses such type of technology?
