I had a problem

I'm new in this site, and it's nice to be one of the members of this group .

As I said in my topic, I had a problem and actually it is a big problem. it's about chat

I open a chat that wants to download a chatterbox program; its programing java and the problem lies in that it takes my ip when the moderator wants to kick me out .
so, I spent about 7 monthes searching for a program or a java order to protect it , but nothing works.

so all in all, is there any one who knows how to protect my ip from the band "a program or sth else"
