Hi! I just bought a new computer and I am using a ping ISP. And I don’t know how to configure my account on my new computer. Any one have idea? How can I do this? Thanks.

This is very easy to configure your account on your new computer. Just click on control panel and select configure new account. Enter your username and password and then click OK. Then a small popup message saying “Account Configured Successfully.” Now you can connect by using your screen name.
