Hey folks, I just found a ISP dial-up for unlimited access for less than $10 USD/mo. with 10x speed. They provide an accelerator to me to achieve the 10x faster feature. I have found that a similar function from NetZero will cost me around $14 USD/mo. So this seems to be much cheaper than Netzero. I am using it for almost 2 weeks and the connection is stable so far.
