| or should I say lack there of. I was on hold for three hours and still have not spoken to a agent. Plus the reason I am calling them is they have charged my credit card for an account I did not authorize and I have no equipment nor have I ask for equipment. They charged my credit card even though the address they are sending the equipment to is different than mine. So thanks for screwwing me out of 84 bucks vonage and anyone considering them I would advise against it, call customer service and see what happens? |
