don't use Vonage

They are the worst serivce I have ever used. Once the get your credit card, they will charge you long after your dead, even though thier service was DOA.

i waited on the phone for 2 frikkin hours.. LITERALLY.. no exageration! 2 hours to speak to the cancellation dept. just for them to tell me i cant get my money back.. When you buy vonage.... you buy CRAP!!! they will charge your credit card with out you knowing.. there is NO custermer service. dont let your trial period end on a weekend.... cuz if you call on a weekend they ARE NOT THERE.. and on monday they will say "you shoulda called soner" and you WONTTT get your $$ back (this happened to me!!) this company totally sucks! Your land line phone company beats this piece of crap all day everyday!

It's a rip off. It doesn't work and then it costs you an extra month plus $40 to get out of it. The web site is unreliable so in my case it took an extra couple of months to even get a phone number to call to cancel. Then the 15 minute wait on hold. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VONAGE IS THE WORST TELEPHONE COMPANY. HOW DOES ANYONE GET THROUGH TO CALL THEM TO CANCEL. YOU CAN'T, THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT I AM IN THE WRONG DEPT AND I NEED TALK TO SOME EARLY ASSISTANT TEAM. HOW DO YOU RETURN THE EQUIPMENT THAT DOESN'T WORK? I HATE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE STUPID AND WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR, YOU CAN'T THEY ARE THE HIGHEST YOU CAN TALK TO. YEAH, RIGHT, THEY ARE A CALL CENTER AND EVERY CALL CENTER HAS SUPERVISORS. I HAVE WORKED IN A CALL CENTER BEFORE AND THEY HAVE SUPERVISORS. WHATEVER YOU DO NOT GO WITH VONAGE. CHEAPER ISN'T ALWAYS BETTER, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CAN'T PHONE SERVICE!!!!![/color] I WANDER HAS ANYONE REPORTED THEM TO THEM FCC?

It's happens when the company is too big too handle. same thing happen to AOL also. They were charging 25 bucks for no reason.
Do you guys know any cheap and good voip company.
