Internet Connection in laptop using mobile

How can I access internet on laptop ?
Can anybody tell me that how can I connected internet on my laptop using mobile ? Can any one tell me that what changes can be done to access internet and what configuration can be done in my laptop ?

Yes, you can.
You can access internet on your laptop using mobile.
But you have not tell your system configuration.
It may be possible that you have to make setting in your laptop and also in mobile device.
And one thing is that your mobile service provider provides internet or not?

And you have also not specified that connectivity option in your system means in your laptop. So kindly tell me all the configuration regarding connectivity.
