Hi peter

You get problem regarding internet connection. Error 797 is come for internet modem problem so kindly check your modem is it working well.
And also that you have not specified that which internet connection you are using?

This error 797 can be come form internet connection fail.
This can be happen if any of the hardware devices has going to fail.
So you have to check modem and other device of internet. It may be possible that you have problem with your device driver in your system.
