I used Tel3 when since they appeared on market but it was tricky part to chose right package. but now it is better with just one plan and prices droped down a lot. I called to canda previously for 3.5 cents - now it is just 1.9 almost twice less. And of course Bigzoo's prices not even same postcode But Bigzoo offered callback it was cool if you abroad tel 3 not offered it yet.
I agree thet their redial is cool and speed dials but i use just 5 most frequent calling numbers.
Try www.callingcardshome.com for calling long distance. I'm using them for 3 months already and it's a good deal - especially the pin-free dialling they offer as standard feature.
Pin-free dialing offered by us without any work for that from user.
And in addition you can store frequently calling numbers in server memory and dial them just dialing 01# 02# and up to 99 numbers...
And Call log - best feature to be sure that you spend your monery right.
And also no fees , no taxes. Just flat rate for example USA and Canada just 1.9 cents.

searched a lot of different services after BigZoo closed the business. I agree with the "Guest" - the best that I found so far is

They offer PIN free dialling, individual calling cards and some of the best rates that I found so far.
The guys seem to be honest enough, they have like a FAQ page so you can see what's best for you and also they offer dialling instructions.
I've been using them for the last 4 months to call my financee in Ukraine... no problem so far

I think that caling cads already in the past - at least because they steal money and thats just one reason because they can be cheaper ....
Bigzoo was company who not steal money from accounts and they offered honest prices on their price-lists no 10 minuts rounding artificial montly or any other times fees or XXX percent Service Fees.
Also sign of good company it is additional features like speed dial, redial, automatic recharge, and others and CALL LOG because if it absent - definitely your minutes can be 70 seconds or 100 seconds - I saw such "hidden" feature in one billing offered to nationwide operators.
Thats why i'm use this guys - baceuse i can check all minutes by phone call meter same thing with rate.
