My name is William Jamerson, and I am an independent representative for ItsYourNet, LLC.

I am providing you and your Company with this letter as a courtesy to inform you of a "Newly Developed T-1 Wireless Internet" and IP Telephony product-line that will begin to be offered
North America-wide in 2007.

With opening as a publicly traded company, the ability to broadcast the Internet connection signal via (Cell Phone) repeater towers from one central NOC (Network Operations Center), broadcast to distances of 30-miles without degradation of the signal, transmit through buildings,
forests, and up to 20 feet underground, maintain a T-1 connection both UP and DOWN without degradation from the amount of simultaneous users connecting, no Fair Access Policy (FAP).
We have managed to secure the signal with 128-bit SSL encryption where no firewall hardware is required, we believe this Wireless Corporation will quickly become one of the fastest growing Corporations in the history of the Internet, and quite literally, will be able to make the statement;

"There are two types of people in the world...
Those who are connected to the Internet through our network...
And those who have still yet to connect to the Internet for the very first time"

Obviously, your Customer-base will be seeing these products.

However, ItsYourNet, a privately owned Internet services Company located in The state of Texas, has created a business model that affords your Company The ability to realize a substantial profit by offering these technologies to your Customer-base yourself, and before anyone else does.

With that said, I'm sure you understand the value in having a first-mover-advantage?

At this time, the T-1 Wireless product is anticipated to be offered at $19.95 per month retail, And the IP Telephony product at $9.95 per month retail, from which your Company would Realize a profit of $3.00 per month per Customer active on each product, totaling a profit
Of $6.00 per month on the basic 2-product package.

Although this letter is not a solicitation and there is nothing in the way of a commitment Being requested of you in any way at all, if you hold an interest in the potential of what We will be offering I do ask that you be sure to register your Company's interest on the Form provided on the Branded WiFi ISP page referenced below.

I invite you to explore this business model at
http://www.zipstar.2ya.com.

Also please review further details about the products themselves at
http://www.zipstar.2ya.com
As soon as your time permits.

I appreciate the time you've taken to review this correspondence, and hope you find the Information most valuable for your Company's future development and Customer-base expansion.

In the event you have any questions, or would like to speak with me in person, I am available Via e-mail and telephone at the address and number I have included for you below.

Best regards,

William Jamerson

Something doesnt seem right about your scheme. There are so many wild and extreme claims about your services. Your company and its "affilate" or "agents" seems to be amway in the making. You make outragous claims about making money and it never happens. I wont beileve it until i see it in my 9 oclock news on tv.

Company says it had an IPO in 2004, now applying in 2007 again? Sort of confusing.

Eh..I would say to people to be very careful before getting into this. Even the website links are .. wierd.. nothing on google or google news about them. Even page rank is 0.. i dont trust a comapny on the website that doesnt have a good pagerank or proper records. I dont see a corporate about us or contact info anywhere..... Stay way from this company.. dont get lured into it.. i say..

Some will predicatively react with denial that such a technology exists. They won't bother to ascertain whether this emerging Wi-Fi technology exists - or why it might impact their business now - or how it will affect their company's future.

We certainly didn't have to create a private branded ISP option, we only did it because we do not wish to see independent ISP and Hosting companies fall.

After all, these are the entrepreneurs who have been responsible for shaping the Internet since the 1990s.

However, some IASPs who have survived and prospered would prefer things to remain as they are. Why would they be happy to see a new technology emerge which will undermine all they have worked for?

What I find ironic is that these are the very people who proactively responded to the technological changes which have shaped the world.

The bottom line is this...the proactive IASPs will recognize that by embracing this technology not only will they be able to retain their customer base but new horizons of opportunity will be unveiled before them.

They will reason that If there is even a remote possibility that a radically new Internet technology is about to be released into the world then they will make whatever adjustments are necessary in their business to capitalize upon it.

And we have made it simple for them to do so. No commitment is required whatsoever, all you have to do is fill out the form and we will contact you. There will be plenty of time to verify the claims when we launch later this quarter.

My point is, instead of attacking what I said, if you don't believe it or deem that it's not worth your consideration then don't fill out the request form to be contacted.

Take care and God Bless,
