I had a technology type of question and since I am extremely technologically disadvantaged I hope I can even make sense in asking the question.

How does one person get access to a lot of different IPs??

The reason I ask is because of an online contest where you are allowed to vote once every 24 hrs. It's not based on cookies, but on IP, I believe.

It sounds fair and all, but there's one person that gets a TON of votes coming in all at once and this happens regularly every afternoon at around the same time. It just doesn't seem right. Is there a way around only getting to vote once every 24 hrs??
