whatever you do don't bother with these idiots.
pipex have not got a clue,since october 2006 my landline and internet have been on and off so many times.when i contact them they have no idea why.
i had a bill come in that was wrong so got in contact with them,they said "we'll credit you". the next bill comes in what had they done? added the amount on so contacted them again same thing happened.
now they have canceled my account for no reason and left me with no landline or internet
these people are not good to deal with
