| I used the 9.95/month plan for 2 months and when I tried to cancel today, I fought with the rep just to cancel my account for 10 Mintues (literally) and finally they tried to hold me off by ADDING A $25 TERMINATION FEE WHEN I CANCELED!! What a Joke!! This was NOT in the intial contract and I am VERY angry with them. I will NEVER use them again in the future!! They are VERY Deceiving and Sneaky, I had to sign up for this forum and warn fellow ISP users . It's like running across a warfield by 300 machine guns. Any similar experiences??!?! |
