Greetings to all,

I'm not sure if I posted in the correct section, but I came up with some issues lately.. Here it goes,

does anyone know if there are any laws regarding how what rights does an ISP provides to the users and what is the ISP obliged to do towards the users?

Also, are there statements in a contract between a user and an ISP which MUST be included and followed Question
