Give me advise

Hi,

I am a Fasthosts customer with a basic domain name package, I have read about all of these issues with breach of security with regards to passwords etc... All I need to do basically is gain access to my control panel so I can administer my DNS records. I have tried mailing their customer support a few times.

Can anyone advise at all please?

Hi Frank,

I have not much familiar with 'fasthost company', but i remember one of my friend had this service and whenever he had some doughts , he read forums from https://www.fasthosts.co.uk/support/

so, try for this.
I hope you can get solution.
