PC, OS or ISP problems?

I am having a weird problems with my broadband adsl connection.

I've contacted my isp and there is no solution yet after a few days.

I am unable to browse a few websites. Other websites working fine. There is no ip blocking, firewall, etc problems.

For example some of the websites i cannot browse : hostingzoom.com and resellerzoom.com

But if I am using anonymous ip(eg. surfunblocked.com) and type in those sites, I am able to browse those sites with no problem, it's working fine.

I noticed that the problems is cuased by very slow connection to those sites. Sometimes I can browse them but it takes about 60 seconds when normal connection should only need 5 seconds or less.

i am using dynamic ip for my isp connection and here is some of the ip i am using :
124.13.187.98
124.13.185.18
118.100.136.254

May i know what is the possible cause? is my PC attack by virus?

This problem is causing big headache as I am unable to maintain my website.

Please help.

Hi,

You turns out that our ISP had some nameserver issues and their phone tech support was not the best so this went on for weeks until their network people sorted the issue after numerous complaints.

You try to ping the site Can you do it?
