Problems Using Data Cable

Hi

I have a problem using this cable. It always ask me to connect online, even though I already plug in the Mobile and PC to the COM port.
The PIM Manager software always say offline, how can I make it online.
I have brought the cable correctly but is there any setting with I miss out.
I hope someone can help me.

Hello Henry,

Try to follow below direction.

when you connect the cable if you have the phone on the end when you connect it should light up. if it doesn't try and use a different com port or changing the program to use com port 2 in set up.
