Apache problem after upgrading to Leopard

Hello

I recently upgraded my OS X from Tiger to Leopard but now my Apache is acting up (I think).

When I try to go to "localhost" in my webbrowser is says "cannot connect to the server on localhost"

I did follow the instructions on this page.

Except the part about the virtual hosts. Something gives me the idea that that is where the problem lies but I dont know how to set up a virtual host.

Any help / tips would be very welcome I really dont know what to do.
