VOIP for slow connections

know im way behind but i was just wondering if i could do VOIP calls using my current dial up connection. can someone help me, maybe a new service or tips or tricks or whatever.

u can check out voip.com and click on make a call, they provide free calls there. check it out and you'll be surprised you won't need high bandwidth to make free calls.

i tried it too spartacus. its working fine with me.. try clicking http://www.voip.com/voip_call.asp to open the link. just put the information needed to make the calls! its that easy hope this helps
