problems with outlook express

I can receive my messages thru outlook from 550access but I can't send any messages from outlook. Also, once the messages are received in my outlook, are they taken off the webmail on access? How to find it out ?

Hello raju,
you have to do one setting to keep you mails on server so you can check it from webmail, go to outlook express > Tools > Accounts > Mail > Select account (550access) > click properties > click advance tab > at bottom there is setting to Leave a copy of message on server please check that and your mails are also stored on server. For sending problem please check you smtp setting it must be smtp.550access.com for particular account.

So far everything was working fine but somehow since yesterday i am getting this error message of " Timeout".

Once i restart then it won't show up for some time but then again it shows up.

I checked my id and password and seems to be ok.

Can you guide me.
