4x1gb OR 2x2gb RAM?

I want to upgrade RAM for better gaming performance.

I am confused: Should I go for one 4 GB RAM OR Two 2 GB RAM?

Any idea?

I think you should go for Two 2 GB RAM.

Technically, more RAM you have, the better your system would perform.

Since each DIMM can have up to four banks, regardless of its size, spreading your memory out among multiple DIMMs offers better performance because of the increased number of banks.
