I just bought a new laptop and need help trying to find a cheap ISP or Express Card. I live in the country and do not have a landline phone or DSL service for several reasons although we do have basic cable (it is not fiber optic enhanced) and use cell phones. I don't want to sign up for DSL home service because that would defeat the whole point in getting a laptop to go wireless in the house.

I know in order to go wifi from home or abroad I need a Express Card (from Dell for $199) or an ISP card thru a cellular or other carrier which would run about $100. Before I plunk down that much $$$ (since I live on a Wal Mart budget and work there LOL) is there any where I can get a cheap ISP card? I posted this message about 2 weeks ago and even included my email address, hoping for a quick response but nothing happened even on the boards.

I hope 2nd time is the charm and somebody can help me out!!
