Blocking updates |

I'm using Clearwire and have had no problems with internet access. However. something happened that is blocking me from updating my Anti-Spyware software or accessing related sites on the internet. Everything else runs fine, I'm not blocked in any other way.
I've run SuperAntiSpyware and a couple of others and found a few things what were removed, but it seems to me that some of the my settings got changed. The firewall is off right now and I don't have any other software that would block it.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
