Call to India for only 4 cent/min

I call my family in India at 4 cents per min only.

http://www.calltoindia.us charges 4 cent only for call to anywhere in India, same rate for landline & cellular.

I got 125 mins for $5 signup, no extra connection or maintenance charge.

Also call quality is good, no echo problems.

Is it cheap or any one providing service for less than 4 cent with no connection fees?

How does it works with those expiration dates, maintenance and service fees etc.
All this companies rip you off.
What is the rate to call Columbia and Brazil.
