rundll error reports

I have done the nessesary steps in erasing the error reports, but still no luck. This is what I did

Remove the following registry item with RegEdit:
Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder
Open the Software
folder
Open the Microsoft folder
Open the Windows folder
Open the Currentversion folder
Click on the Run folder
Click on the WildTangent CDA file (RUNDLL32.exe)
Delete the file by pressing Delete on your keyboard.

Any Ideas???????????
