Hi,
Can any one help me?

I have a desktop and laptop both running Win XP which I have connected using Wireless adapters. The desktop has a Linksys USB (WUSB11 ver. 2.6), and the laptop has an internal wireless network adapter (MSI NETDANCER 6804).

As soon as the laptop is switched on, it connects to the network and Internet access is fine. However after ten minutes maximum the connection is lost, and cannot be re-established except by re-starting the laptop.

Any other ideas?

I am not the best with wireless networking, as I have never worked with the wireless products myself.

About the best recommendation I could give you is to get the latest drivers from LinkSys for the WUSB11 and to go to your laptop manufacturer's site for the latest drivers for the MSI NETDANCER 6804.

Hopefully the latest drivers will fix the issue for the MSI product. I searched on the Internet for the MSI adapter and it could find nothing at all. Typically with laptops you have to get the drivers from the people who made the laptop.

Hopefully with the latest drivers your issue will go away. It's also a good idea to make certain that both machines have all the latest updates from Microsoft at the Windows Update Site.

OK,

Thanks for trying anyway. I'll have a go trying to find new drivers and will post here if it works.
