There are two ways to enter the Key for the WEP, one is through windows network card setting but when I enter the key there it doesn't connect so I use the provided configuration utility, I can enter the key and the card works fine. But when I shut down, the key is lost and I have to manually enter it again each start up.

Ya, I don't know much about wireless but I got the gist of what you are saying. The bottom drop-down box gives you a choice to email a technician. You described the problem well so maybe you can save time by copying & pasting it from the forum
