I’m in the process of deciding on a linux-based firewall product for my company. I’ve been researching a product from Astaro and was hoping to get some feedback. My number one priority is that it is an all-in-one internet security software package that includes firewall, intrusion protection, virus protection, spam protection, VPN gateway, and content filtering. From what I've seen, they are a solid option.

Their website is http://astaro.com .

                                      Hi Guys,

It is very difficult to imagine that it is highly observed; free firewalls used by millions of Broadband & DSL users. Various PC Magazines praise ZA Pro. I have ZA PRO & I can configure anything on the network.

You can think about that.

Bye.

I run Tiny Personal Firewall, in absence of the Zone Alarm Pro. I see that no comparison between the ZA & ZA pro. Same with Sygate & Tiny firewalls, they do a better job , Plus no a sever problem like DHCP Server. These are the Optional Firewalls for your network.
They can do a good job on Network like ZA.

Thanks,

Zone Alarm Pro is a good firewall, but the computers that don’t configured the DHCP Server that may cause problems. For to solve the problem, I switch to the Sygate Personal Firewall – that don’t have any problem for that, Do not Configuring the DHCP Server – A Severe problem found using Zone Alarm Pro.

There are several other Firewalls that is the alternative solution for that.
Tiny personal firewall - It sets the rules for your computer/ Network itself.
Zone Alarm Firewall – Free version or Pro version.
For to buy a firewall – Zone alarm pro is best.
For personal uses – Zone alarm is best.
Sygate Personal Firewall – Easy to configure.
Norton Ghost Personal Firewall – It is not too much easy to configure, but On the Networks its best.
If money is really no concern then you really should go with a Cisco
Pix firewall. It is the best on the market today. I would recommend
the Pix for small businesses for your particular application.
Sygate Personal Firewall, Zone alarm firewall, etc are famous firewalls in the market and appreciated by the users.
AntiVir, Avast! 4 Home Edition, AVG free Edition, Vcatch, Easy Desk Software’s Virus Repellent are good Anti Viruses.
