If you want to buy a router then D-Link DI 624 AirPlus Extreme G wireless router is the best....

Hi Guys,
I use D-link DI 624 AirPlus Extreme G wireless router on my LAN. It works superb & I haven�t a single problem on that. And also it is very easy to configure. If you want to buy a new router then go for D-Link.
Think & Buy it for better performance.

I am willing to setup my network for g only WAP. I prefer that a Laptop will be able to use faster a-mode with WAP. If Net gear�s FWAG114 supports multiple public IP. In short, I wishing to buy a perfect full featured home wireless router which is best?

I suggest you that to buy Net gear�s FWAG114 dual band VPN firewall router.

It is so difficult to decide between the Net gear�s FWAG114 and FWG114P. FWAG114 is dual band have more features than FWG114P. I want a firewall router with 2 tunnels VPN endpoint support.
Can anyone help me?

I�m going to setup a new Wireless LAN and looking for a new router that integrates me on WAP. Sonic Wall is the lower costs router but not supports dual band. I prefer the most dual band a/g turbo speed.
Would you suggest me, which is the best?

Hi,
Both the comparison between the Net gear dual band router, I described in earlier post. I think that FWAG114 is the newer & it supports max speed up to 54MBPS.

Yes, I have some information that may differentiate between them.
FWG114P � Model:
- 802.11g ~ max up to 54MBPS
- Serial port
- USB print server
- 60 Mbps WAN-to-LAN output

FWAG114 � Model:
- 802.11a/g ~ max up to �a� Atheros for 108MBPS Turbo & �g� for 54MBPs
- no serial port
- no print server
- more than 20 Mbps WAN-to-LAN output

There are two models FWG114P & FWAG114 router from Net gear. Both are wireless dual band router with its some limitations. Both are widely used routers in the market.

I read an article on PC Mag�s May 18th issue. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1579457,00.asp. I think that they tested some models like Net gear�s FWG114P, D-Link�s DI-824VUP, Linksys�s WRV54G. Because Netgear listed only the WGR614 and WGT624 models. Now think that which is suitable for you.

I found that some routers have problems with some people. I think that how these routers are react with your computer, which is important for you. Many people said that go for Linksys & available at lower range.
