                                      My problem is same but my ISP doesn’t provide this option for save password is there any option to save my password.</description>

                                      If you want to work with this option you must successfully connect to the internet at lease one time with the option checked before windows save your password.</description>

                                      Don’t worry how is your knowledge about computer I am here to solve your problem. &lt;br /&gt;
First double click on My computer &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Dialup Networking (If not specified, go to the Control Panel) &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Right click to current connection and select properties &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Click the Server Type tab and uncheck for Log on to network and make sure that the connection is set to “PPP…” at the top. Uncheck the protocols not used, leaving only “TCP/IP” as the selected protocol.</description>

                                      I just sign up for ping dialup service. But whenever I try to connect to the service it takes lots of time to connect. I am not know much about computer so please help me if you can. Any suggestion will be more appreciated.</description>

                                      ERROR 630: Select your modem and click the properties button. Then, click on the Diagnostics tab. Click the Query modem. If your modem is work properly you should see commands and responses in the box. &lt;br /&gt;
ERRO 680: Double click on Control panel &amp;gt;&amp;gt;Phone and Modem Option icon&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Modem Tab. Highlight your modem, and click on properties button. Uncheck the wait for dial tone before dialing option on the General tab. Click OK for every windows that are open.</description>

                                      Error 602: Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select the TASK LIST or TASK MANAGER (NT). This will shows the actual program names. Then terminate task. With windows 98 ending the rnaapp task may solve the problem.</description>
