I wouldn't worry about it too much. It is probably a problem with the server or they are making some changes. Sometimes tech support gets flooded with calls for those reasons and can't help everyone. Hope 650 continues to be a good isp like you guys say it is.

i am also having problems with 650 , i dont know why but before it was working fine no connection problems but from last two days i am surprise that it is taking so much time and disconnected several times

I was having problems getting thru 650dialup isp. Normally I dont have a problem getting thru to 650 dialup support staff but I did today? The ISP is good i just had a billing problem. but for some reason today i had a problem getting thru so I was asking?
