telling them that you are uninstalling their software will not do any good. You must request to have your account cancelled or else they'll assume you're just connecting through dial up networking.

I have got problem with NetZero
I wrote them an email telling "NETZERO" that i am removing there software, because it did not work properly. They have continued to bill me for 2 months! I never used there software not even, once!

Hi guys
Does Netzero suppress connectivity speeds for the Netzero free dialup? Also do they offer all the dialup access numbers to free Netzero users as well as paid Netzero users?
