If you are looking for Cheap internet access then its ok
but what about Services,
are you sure that You will get good internet Access service?

I know i used to pay $10.95 for www.peoplepc.com and now its actually $9.95, so I had to call them to save a buck.

Love the service. And I just found out from some one else that is owned by earthlink so the service is dependable as expected.
