                                      ZoneAlarm monitors all traffic, so if you don't specifically let an application go out and simultaneously have fewer server permissions, it's closed.</description>

                                      How do I open or close ports on my Win2K machine? &lt;br /&gt;
I'm running Zone Alarm, but I haven't checked to see if I can manipulate ports through it or not. I think I remember seeing something like this when I used BlackIce Defender. Is there a way to keep a port from being opened?</description>
