I have just cancelled my Netzero account

I just asked to cancel my NetZero account too. To cancel it, you need to login to www.netzero.net with your user id and there is a tab saying "My Account". From there you should be able to locate a menu option on the left hand say about Cancel Account. Actuatlly, all you need to do is to call their 1-800-xxxx no to raise the cancellation. It will take a month for them to process the request too.

The reason that I have changed is because I have found a cheaper and better ISP provider. They offer a 10x speed unlimited access for only $9.95/mo. That's why I have changed. If you are interested, you can visit the Web Services section in www.Classified.m6.net There you should be able to find the ad for this.

I just called them, and they said they cancelled my account.

Do they send you an email afterward?

Hi,

I really tired of calling netzero for cancelling my service. I tried many times but they still charged me for service which i never used. Please help me. If you any email address that will help to create a mail regarding my problem.

Cancel NetZero alwyas a tedious thing. I tried to contact them using following number many times and finally i am not with netzero. I suggest your to try to call on this number 1-800-851-7908 You can also create trouble ticket which they reply surely. So just try it.

I'm steamed at Netzero's approach at customer retention. They provide 1-800-851-7908 as their number to cancel an account with them. After repeatedly calling and waiting 30+ minutes for each call, they abruptly disconnect the call by simply forwarding the call then having someone pickup and hangup without answering. If someone out there can provide a better solution to cancelling a netzero account please help!

I have got 2 months free so far from netzero... hopefully netzero will become like aol and offer months and months for free.. its just silly how aol offers it..

I was just cancelling right now. The number I used was 1-800-851-7908. Hopefully they finish processing and take me off hold before too long...

Mainly cancelling because I have broadband now, but I was unhappy with their intrusive flash animation ads too.
