Thanks for posting the number for cancelling msn. I used 1-800-386-5550. I was on the phone a total of 5 minutes and had everything cancelled and taken care of. Thanks again. Super easy with no hassles.

$21.95 is actually a bargain compared to cheaper isps who charge for technical support and additional software.

Any company would continue to charge an uncancelled subscription, even if the credit card expired. Even dead beats have to pay their bills!

I tried cancelling that way, but all I got was a phone menu and no way to talk to any actual operators. To cancel, I had to call Sales (1-877-564-6676) then get transferred to Customer Support (a number which I apparently wrote down wrong), then finally to Cancellations (1-800-386-5550). Cancellations turned out to have the same number as what I tried the first time, except you actually get a person when you're transferred.

Then I discovered that I had an "outstanding balance" of $21.95 that I would be billed for the month after I canceled. Apparently even your credit card expiring doesn't stop MSN from adding to your bills, you have to physically call them (not email or use a handy online interface) and follow a tortuous trail through their phone system before you can actually cancel.

If you value your money, don't sign up for MSN.

dont walk but run and cancel msn dialup internet service. Why would you pay $21 plus for dialup people.

Cancel msn cancel msn cancel msn. CANCEL MSN. I hope everyone that uses msn understood that they should cancel msn

if you want to pay $21 plus try to get dsl or otherwise get a cheper isp. I am sure you can find one at www.theispguide.com the main site of this forum.

Someone just asked steps to cancel Netzero, so I thought let me also give the instructions on how to cancel for MSN Dialup Internet service. Theyalso make it very difficult to cancel there MSN dialup service.

To cancel your MSN Dialup Internet Service account, call MSN at 1-800-386-5550. Have your member ID ready, along with the name, address and telephone number related to your MSN account. You may also need billing information, such as the last digits of your credit card, for verification purposes.

Guys if your paying $21.95 for dialup access get DSL if you can or get one of the cheap $5-$10 isps. You dont need any thing more.
