Avoid Joi like the plague! They have horrible customer service. I cancelled my service. I was charged anyway. I disputed it. They charged me a whole month for 4 minutes usage. The 4 minutes was to send the stupid email that they require to cancel it!!! The supervisor told me that their customer agreement says they charge for a full month. Here is the exact wording taken from their customer agreement " If Subscriber cancels, Subscriber is charged a prorated amount of $9.95 per month for the used months of service and refunded the balance.". Hmm...sounds a lot like the supervisor LIED to ME! I have filed a complaint to the BBB and disputed it on my card. We will see what happens.
