I have customers using Bellsouth DSL that can't hit our website. In fact it appears to be several customers using DSL that can't hit our website. Anyone using cable or T1 lines do not have problems. Is this related to the DNS problems Bellsouth is having? Any info would be great as we may be losing possible sales because of this.

Why are ISPs so ignorant at times? Trying to deal with tech support and senior support with Verizon has been a nightmare.

For some reason, it seems a lot of IPs have been dropped off the bellsouth DNS servers (verizon and bellsouth both use them). Anyone using the ISP, dialup or DSL, cannot access my server, nor any sites listed on them.

If any of you guys have the above mentioned ISP, and have noticed any strange issues, please contact support. If you haven't noticed, try going to www.thinkinggeek.com and see what happens. The server is up, apache is running, pages are being displayed to all except those with verizon/bellsouth.

If you have some time, and you have them as an ISP and cant get to the site above, call support and open a ticket... maybe someone there will get the idea its not a customer computer problem (which they seem to tell just about everyone i've talked to, even told me when I called).

Anyone else ever have something like this happen before?
