Same thing happening to me...

Bought a new box, no love

Bought a new router... still no love... I have narrowed it down to what I think may be the problem...

The only thing I did on the new box was to play Splinter Cell and Halo2

Splinter Cell, CT had 0 problems... friend got disconnected in the same manner I did.

Halo 2, got the new update, it started all over again, new box, new router...

I think it has to be HAlo 2,.....

Hey Greg, I've got the same exact problem. I'm fine for about 5 minutes, then I really start to lag to the point of disconnecting. I've tried everyting I can think of (except for buying a new router). Did you ever solve this problem? If not, is there anyone out there that can help us?

When I arranged a wireless connection from my downstairs router to my upstairs adapter, which was connected to my Xbox, xbox live worked for about 5 minutes and then shut down. When I started the troubleshooter it told me I needed to verify my IP address. Once I fixed the problem, I was able to access live for about 5 minutes once again and like before, it shut me down. Does anyone know what may be responsible for this?
